God had told them that this star meant that a King of the Jews was born. As they travelled, the star guided them ever westward; and now, as they left Jerusalem toward the evening, they found that the star was still there, and as they followed joyfully, it stayed just over the house where Jesus was.

How eagerly they entered! and when they saw the Baby King, they fell down and worshipped Him, and gave Him precious gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh.
